Courier and Delivery companies receive your name/business name, address and phone number in order to complete delivery of your catering orders or online purchases

Payment Processing of online orders
To ensure the security and safety of your personal information we use trusted third party providers to administer our loyalty program, host our online shopping platform and to process payments for online purchases. These third parties collect and process your information and share with us only what is vitally required to service your order.
Our loyalty program is administered through Loopy Loyalty which collects minimal information to identify you to us as a customer. We do not share or sell this information. You do not need to provide your date of birth to participate in the program and our staff will advise you of this when signing up.
We use the personal information you provide to Loopy Loyalty to update you from time to time on promotions and announcements. You can opt out of theses notifications at anytime and still participate in the loyalty program.
When you provide credit card information in-store or over the phone as payment for catering it will be used in real time only by an authorized cafe employee. No record of your credit card number or expiry is held on file either electronically or in paper format. For this reason we require you to personally provide your credit card information for processing with each order.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we assume you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Saying no is called "opting out". By opting out, you can tell us not to collect the information and/or not to share it with other companies.
How do I opt out?

To opt out of loyalty program updates administered by Loopy Loyalty please adjust your notification preferences in the app or otherwise remove yourself from the program
